Being able to replace upwards of 20% EBITDA on your business is a major dilemma when deciding to sell your business. Regardless of a Buyer's pricing consideration for your business you have to take into account several factors:


• Net result after any debt

• Paint contracts

• Partnerships

• Uncle Sam

• Not to mention insurance, trips, vehicles and other personal items through the business

On a pure economic basis selling is probably not always the best option, however when it comes to making a life changing decision there is a lot more to consider than economics.
